General information about the GDPR

We protect data in accordance with the GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The GDPR regulations do not require any action to be taken by the persons whose data we control.
Below we have posted information about how we process personal data. We have grouped information by the category of natural persons whose data we process. The documents are available in Polish.
We also publish the information clause of the Polish Credit Bureau S.A. as the data controller. This document is intended for individual customers. |
